Kenyan authenticity, brewed into every detail.

Delight Café is a Kenyan-origin premium filter coffee brand by Global Mark Foods Limited, based in Nairobi. We designed end-to-end packaging for their signature 250g pouch — a special blend of Arabica coffee with chicory — crafted to stand out on shelves across East Africa and the Middle East with trilingual labeling in English, Arabic, and French.

The Brief

Premium Kenyan coffee, ready for the world.

Global Mark Foods approached us to design packaging for Delight Café — their flagship filter coffee product. The brief was clear: create a shelf-ready pouch design that communicates premium quality while honoring the brand's Kenyan heritage and East African roots.

The packaging needed to work across international markets with trilingual support in English, Arabic, and French — balancing regulatory compliance with visual elegance across all three scripts.

Front Panel

Shelf presence thatcommands attention.

The front panel was designed to evoke warmth and authenticity. A rich gradient of deep crimson and gold sets the tone, with a hero image of a traditional brass filter coffee cup surrounded by whole beans — instantly communicating the product's heritage and premium quality.

Typography treatment across three languages maintains visual hierarchy while ensuring each script feels natural and well-integrated, never an afterthought.

Back Panel

Information design,without the clutter.

The back panel carries the full regulatory and instructional content — ingredients, method of preparation, storage instructions, and manufacturer details — all in three languages. Every section is visually distinct with clear iconography guiding the step-by-step brewing process.

The layout balances dense information with breathability, ensuring nothing feels cramped despite the trilingual requirement. Barcode, batch fields, and compliance marks are cleanly integrated.
