Privacy Policy

Kushi Grafixx collects only what it needs to answer enquiries, run client projects and understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
1. Who is responsible
Kushi Subrahmanya, an independent freelance designer in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India, working under the name Kushi Grafixx, decides how and why your personal data is used. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@kushigrafixx.in.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID details. Please do not include them in forms or uploads.
3. The onboarding form in detail
- Drafts stay on your device. While you fill in the form, your progress is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to us until you press submit, and the saved draft is cleared after a successful submission.
- Submissions go to our Google Workspace. When you submit, your answers and uploaded files are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive in our account. Only Kushi Grafixx can open them.
- A copy by email. If you tick the option to receive a copy, your answers are emailed to the address you entered.
- Other people’s details. If you name colleagues or decision-makers, please make sure they are comfortable with you sharing their name and role.
4. Cookies and similar storage

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. You can clear session and local storage in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the services that help us do the work, and only as far as each needs:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We never sell personal data or pass it to advertisers.
6. Where data is processed
These providers store and process data on servers outside India, including in the United States. By using the site or sending us your details, you understand that your data will be handled in those locations under each provider’s safeguards.
7. How long we keep it

After these periods we delete the data or strip it of anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see section 9.
8. How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to Kushi Grafixx and protected by strong passwords and two-step sign-in on the accounts that hold it. The website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop using your data, by withdrawing consent you gave earlier;
- look into a complaint about how your data was handled.
Email contact@kushigrafixx.in and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with its own data-protection law, you have the equivalent rights under that law, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
The site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
11. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version and the date it was last updated are always on this page. If a change significantly affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
